What warranty do we offer?
Zardoz Connect offers a limited warranty for all our products only to the person or entity who originally purchased the product from Zardoz Connect.
Zardoz Connect warrants that the item fully functions within the warranty period from the date of delivery. Zardoz Connect shall repair or replace the defective unit at no cost to the original owner. The replacement unit need not be new or of an identical make.

New mobile phones 12 months
Refurbished mobile phones 2 - 6 months, as specified
VoIP products 12 months
Bluetooth products 6 months
Batteries 12 months
Memory cards 5 years
Air conditioners 12 months
USB power adaptors 12 months

All shipping/postal expenses incurred in connection with the replacement of the unit are the customers' responsibility.

Zardoz Connect reserves the right to refuse warranty service or replacement if the void label(s) or identification number(s) are tampered with or removed.
What is not covered by warranty?
Products that have been subjected to misuse, abuse, negligence, faulty installation or any other damage that is not the result of normal use.
Products that have been subjected to cosmetic alteration/modification, tampering, breaking of warranty seals or any repair or service that is not contemplated in the documentation for the product.
Products that have been damaged as a result of accident, including shock, water, dust, fire and power surge or any other act of God.
Do you have Return Policy?
Yes, we do. You will have your money back if you decide to return the item in original condition within 7 days after delivery.
Something wrong with my item - what should I do?
Please check the warranty we offer for this item. If the problem you have experienced is covered by our warranty and within the warranty period, please contact us by clicking on "Contact Us" and describe the problem. We will reply you with solutions (replace or repair) as soon as possible.
Please do NOT expose your item to any unauthorized technical or cosmetic alteration. Warranty is voided if the void label is tampered with or removed.
